How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to NekoPulse for 14 days at no cost. A payment method is required to activate your trial, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then through your billing portal — no charge applied.
What data do you need from my store?
We primarily need high-level operational metrics: order revenue, churn, AOV, and retention — sourced directly from Shopify, Stripe and GA4(Optional). Built for e-commerce brands doing $1M–$50M/year. We connect directly via read-only API to Shopify, Stripe, and Google Analytics 4 (Optional) — the three sources that cover revenue, behavior, and retention for most online stores. If your stack is different, our CSV upload option covers any platform that can export data.
When will I receive my first report?
Your first Signal Briefing arrives the Monday after you connect your data — provided your setup is complete by Saturday at 8:00 PM CET; no instant reports.This is a precision deadline, not a limitation. Our pipeline runs every Sunday night to ensure your signals reflect a complete, clean week of data. Connections submitted after Saturday at 8:00 PM enter the following cycle, with delivery the Monday after.

What if I don't use Shopify or Stripe?
No problem. NekoPulse works with any platform that can export data. If you use WooCommerce, Paddle, Chargebee, Braintree, or any other tool, simply download our standard CSV template, fill in your weekly metrics, and upload it through your secure portal. Your Signal Briefing is generated from that data — same format, same delivery, every Monday.
Is Google Analytics 4 required?
No. GA4 is completely optional. Your weekly Signal Briefing includes all revenue, retention, and product signals from Shopify and/or Stripe without it. Connecting GA4 adds an additional layer of traffic and web engagement data — DAU, stickiness, and Day 7 retention — to your briefing. If you'd like to include it, follow the steps in your API Connection Guide to grant read-only access.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your API credentials are stored with AES-256 encryption and accessed exclusively via read-only permissions — NekoPulse never has write access to your platforms. Your credentials are retained securely for the duration of your active subscription, as they are required to run your weekly pipeline automatically. Upon subscription cancellation, your credentials and associated data are deleted within 30 days, or immediately upon written request to [email protected] , in accordance with applicable data protection law. Can I customize the report metrics?
The NekoPulse "Signal Infrastructure" is optimized to track the 5 most critical levers of B2B SaaS growth. However, if you need a specific feature tracked, our team can help you configure it during your onboarding.
Do you offer instant reports?
No. NekoPulse is a weekly briefing service delivered every Monday morning.
What is your refund policy?
NekoPulse offers a 14-day free trial — no charge until day 15. If after receiving your first paid report you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge.No explanation required. Just email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request".
